Los Altos Community Investments (LACI) is the developer of retail and office properties. LACI currently owns 15 unique properties in Downtown Los Altos and is renting to approximately 25 tenants. Formerly known as Passerelle Investment Company, LACI changed its name in 2016 with a renewed focus on working with business partners, customers, and community members toward the goal of keeping Los Altos a unique, vibrant, and family-friendly place to live.
