Established in 2012, Bay Area Dance School of Los Altos, CA fosters a love of dance through high-quality technical instruction in a nurturing, supportive environment.

Young dancers learn the necessary skills to build a strong foundation across many styles of dance, emphasizing growth and progress. Our classes are developmentally appropriate and cognitively engaging, empowering students to develop confidence and artistry. Our studio is also home to Acuity Dancers, a company for serious young performers committed to exploration and excellence within the art form.

We welcome you to learn more about our curriculum, faculty, and programs for dancers of all levels and ages. Little ones take their first steps in a structured, encouraging setting, while older students grow into confident performers across ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, acro, contemporary, and hip-hop, including an annual recital. Whatever a student's age or level, the goal is the same: help them fall in love with dance and keep growing, one class at a time.

Our quality staff is comprised of certified teachers, many of whom are members of The Royal Academy of Dance (London), Dance Masters of America, and/or hold college degrees. Our two studios in downtown Los Altos include professional dance floors and large wall-size mirrors.
